Another new guy

Hello everyone,
As usual, I read directions last and had a really long post that took me an hour too write. Unfortunately, it took 55 minutes too long and I have to get to bed so here's the condensed version of my post.

60 years old with ED since about 50 years old.
High blood pressure meds
Low libido but really want to have regular sex with my wife.
I have Tadalafil but if gives me acid reflux
Just bought a VED. Used once. Dick feels weird now.
Shrinkage
Smoke cigars when weather permits
Couple drinks per week
Pretty good shape overall but could stand to lose 10 or 20 pounds
Going to make an appointment with a urologist to see what's up.

R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Nerve sparing - damaged. C in margin. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Welcome if I might offer a suggestion, spend some time looking at previous posts. Lots of good info there
ED 20 years, Peyroine's Disease diagnosed in 2018, at 57 years I was implanted September 3rd 2019 at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center, AMS700 CX 21cm + 2cm RTE
