Hi all,
Been having a look around the forum recently and having now registered thought it would be rude not to introduce myself!!
I’m 66, live in the Uk and had my RP end of June 2023, nerve sparing.
Consultant had told me that having had ED prior to surgery my chances of getting an erection even with viagara are very slim :(
So I have my vacuum pump which I use for physio every other day, don’t particularly like it and have to use two rings to maintain my erection. Only problem is I find that the ring manages to pinch my skin at the base and it gets very uncomfortable. Would a penis sleeve help? I’m also looking later this year into a inflatable implant
Thanks for reading!
Cheers
Mark

Welcome to the forum!

You can still have some recovery several years after your RP. However if you had ED before the RP it won't get better than that.

Yes, some guys have had good success with the sleeves.

I find that Viagra substantially improves my experience with the vacuum pump and rings.

If Edex or Caverject is available to you, you may find those injections will work well for you.

Good luck.
