Almost 75 year old who has been using pills for 15 years. I have history of MI in 2004. Pills no longer working . Appointment to learn injection treatment on Friday morning which is also our 50th anniversary. I also have history of pulmonary emboli and take Eliquis twice a day. I am a retired pediatrician and wife is a nurse. How do you best incorporate injection into sex play?

First injection with Trimix this afternoon while wife napped on couch. I took a shower and while still naked I injected 10 unit which I had prepared and refrigerated earlier. I was pleasantly surprised how painless the injection was. I guess I did it right, because within 3-5 minutes I had a firm erection and woke my wife to invite her to join me for a "afternoon delight" . Erection lasted 3 hours.I was pleased with the first trial.

Awesome! Glad the injections worked well.
Never did incorporate the injection into any foreplay when I was using them. My wife didn't want to see it. Since your wife is a nurse that could lead to some fun or role play before any more afternoon delights happen.

My wife is RN. She has shown no interest in the Injections other than the result. YRMV
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.
