Give some thought to trying a medical grade VED and ring/s. There is an abundance of VED/ring users and postings on Franktalk.

So how bad is your ED, and what have you already tried?

Hi,

Welcome to FrankTalk. I’m in NYC as well. There are a few of us here. I’m pretty much the same age as you and can tell you there are lots of options to get your hard ons back. Pills, injections, VED, implant. You are in a good location for getting great treatment as well. A number of great docs here.

Tell us a bit more about your history with ED, what you have tried, what has worked, what hasn’t. Then guys can chime in about their own experience.

I started noticing ED in my 40s. Not sure why it happened, no particular health related reason. Pills initially worked. When they started failing I started injections. So far they are still working. I’ve had a good experiences with a couple different NYC based MDs. If injections fail I will get an implant.

Feel free to send a PM if you’d prefer to chat 1:1 instead of replies on the forum.

Hello All,
i started noticing my ED around 28 (1998)intermittent failures, tried the urethra suppositories(didn't work) injections(couldn't go thru with it). it would come and go stopped the masturbation got better until 2010ish. Got on the blue pill and again all was good if boredom didn't set in. married a Prude during that time wasn't hardly getting any so again not to many issues cause of the lack of use and built up desire. Left that relationship dated until i settled back down in 2013 (43). That's where the problems began to get worse my GF was willing and able i started to struggle 7 years of back and forth shots again (priapism). Ended up in the ER twice, Viagra, Cialis helped but were spotty. VED and Bands tried all that stuff. Relationship ended for other reasons(but im sure ED didn't help) after 7 years moved on. Met my lovely Wife shortly there after in the beginning the pills and the newness worked like Gang busters now after 6years i can barely achieve penetration stuck in 1 maybe 2 positions and not very satisfied. have a video appointment with Dr, EID in Manhattan in a couple of weeks but i'm terrified of the wrong decision, size loss, mistakes, ETC. I Feel there maybe some phycology with the ED involved but that's not all that's going on for sure. I find my wife extremely Attractive and she's my best friend and lots of fun wherever or whatever we do.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated after this short novel I have written Thank you all in advance for your support.

A good doctor should be able to check your blood flow and whatnot with a penile doppler or ultrasound. That's actually what I would like to do for myself. Some lab work might be needed to check your hormone levels. So there are many things to figuring out the penis puzzles. :P

Have you or do you take anti-depressants or medications that may cause or contribute to the ed? After you are thoroughly check out, it might be time to revisit the injections. It sounds like your equipment still works, so not sure an implant would be needed yet.
