If the mix isn't working at 60 units it's time to move up. My final days using Trimix I was up to 80 units and that made my penis ache for two days, and only giving me a partial erection.

Labeling can be confusing. Is it 40mcg per ml or 40mcg per 5 or 10ml vial. The first would be the more common way to label but both are used.
Assuming the first labeling option is the one used then I believe 70 units would work out to 28mcg of alprostadil. That's a good size dose but not huge. IMHO you should definitely be using a novelty cock ring to give you a boost.

It's 40MC per ml...so, I tried a third shot at 70, basically the same result as at 60--penis engorged, but not stiff enough...I'm disappointed, but I guess I will try the next level up in the next 2-3 days, and I can investigate a cock ring. BTW, Dr. Eid also has me on Cialis 5mg/daily....
Question: Unlike Viagra et al, the shots are supposed to work without much stimulation? That said, I have been stimulating...trying to get the correct dose on my own, if this method even works for me, before trying with a partner...today I tried watching some soft porn and stimulating...got larger, able to climax, but not 'rigid.'
