I'm a 74 y/o married for 44 years. Developed increasing significant erection problems about 24 months ago. Tried VED with poor response then sildenafil with limited success and as dose went up to 50 mgms developed killer headaches and not much more effect on erection. Abandoned that technique and went to mail order trimix which worked fairly well as I increased the dose to 30 units of the basic mix but duration was only about 30 minutes. Just went to stronger mixture and waiting for the new med to arrive.
74, married 44 years, ED for about 18 months tried pills not much effect with bad headaches, tried VED not happy, finally found trimix with the suggestion of cardiologist

I don't live in Alaska. I live in Anchorage. But at least I can SEE Alaska from my house and Alaska is only an hour's drive away.
After four decades of ED, I bypassed injections when oral medications lost effectiveness and went for the "nuclear option" with an implant.
There are many good men on here who can give you some great advice. I hope your meds work well for you. Having your penis grow without pumping is something I miss and, as I understand it, an injection can emulate that better than an implant does. There are a LOT of factors to consider with treatments for ED.
