Had pretty consistent problems getting/sustaining erections since I was in my mid-20s, and after trying diet/lifestyle modifications/weight loss, medication, and even injections (I cannot handle the needles), I'm talking to a urology surgeon about getting an inflatable implant tomorrow.
I'm in the Pacific Northwest in Eastern Washington, so need to look around and find a few other surgeons in the region if I don't like this one. Happy to be here, and looking forward to learning more!

R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Nerve sparing - damaged. C in margin. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.
