Hi from Bluewhippet

This is the place to say hi to the board. Tell us something about yourself. If you're not quite ready to post for advice, that's fine.

Hi from Bluewhippet

Postby Bluewhippet » Thu Aug 23, 2012 6:27 am

I have been watching the site forabout 9 months and thought that it was high time I introduced myself. I am a 68 year old Type 2 diabetic, living in the UK, and diagnosed some 15 years ago. I started suffering from mild ED about 12 years ago. Initially treated with oral medication, I have now moved on to injection therapy. I will post my experiences on the Injection Forum. Meanwhile, many thanks to all who contribute to the Forum. The detail and level of advice is simply unavailable elsewhere and is a great support to those of us who suffer from ED.
80 year old Type2 diabetic, long term ED, pills then injections PGE1. After 4 years they became less effective. Implanted 20/3/2018 by NHS. AMS 700 CX 15+4 cm with MS pump. Never had any significant pain. Still working perfectly and used regularly.
