I am 54 y/o man in Baltimore, MD. Diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018. Had prostatectomy in 2018. AUS in 2020. Penile Implant January, 2021.Dr. Weinberg says all went well, but I am experiencing a lot of pain during pumping and deflating. Hoping over time my body will heal and I can move on and become sexual active soon.

Welcome, New Member in Maryland, EutawEutaw! Since I haven't had my implant installed yet, there are others on FT that may be able to give you some good advice.

Time is your best friend .... Everyday you'll feel / get better and before long you'll be enjoying the benefits of the implant... For me , it was the best decision I had made for myself in years...

Welcome to FT a great source of information. I'm just beary out myself Dec 20. Was left partially inflated after surgery. Also inflate until I'm uncomfortable. Fortunately I am hard enough for intercourse before it is painful. I wish I had done it sooner. Best luck to you.
