Questions for men with venous leaks

Postby guysmall » Fri Oct 23, 2020 9:34 pm

Hello everyone and hoping you are well I have two questions for the forum members with venous leak, how long did the oral medication take effect on you? Is there anyone who has taken cialis for 10 years and has good results?
My second question, men with venous leaks have many dilated veins in the penis, is that a characteristic sign of venous leaks?
As I mentioned in previous post, I am a 28-year-old boy with a possible venous leak and I would like to see how most of the members acted before going for the last solution, which is the implant. Thank you for your answers.

Viagra, Cialis and Levitra (in their generic forms) worked for me for about 10 years. Each of them worked for a while and as the one lost effectiveness, I switched to the others in turn. The results were good and raising the dosage might have extened their efficacy a while longer, but in my mid-60s I could see the writing on the wall and began researching other solutions. Suppositories, Vacuum Erection Devices (VED), injections, experimental therapies that promised, perhaps, an actual cure. And implants.

I have little idea of the answer to your second question. But I suspect there is not a relationship with the veins you can see and the veins that leak.

In my late 20s my doctor gave me a testosterone shot thinking that would jump start my lack of solid erections. It worked for a short time but I struggled. I was embarrassed to go back and I languished for years until Viagra became available. Viagra's usefulness waned after about 10 years. I tried Levitra and Cialis which did nothing for me. Then I tried a VED with Viagra. Then a 2nd constriction band on the VED. I tried Edex(Monomix) injection followed by Trimix and could get a 70% boner standing up but if I lay down or attempted doing the deed standing position I'd go flat in a second. After the VED started failing I only had 2 choices left. Be celibate or get an implant. I took door #2 thank you.
From looking at various venous leak MRIs that are online it looks like the actual leaks are well within the body. It may be my imagination but it seems like after trying injections that the veins on my penis got more pronounced.
53 years old, married 32 years. Decades of ED & PE. BPH. Tried Viagra W & W/O T-Shots, Levitra and Cialis, Edex, Trimix starter, medium, strong with poor results, VED. Implanted w/AMS700CX 21cm X 12mm w/1.5cm RTE by Dr. Leroy Jones 9/1/20
