That's kind of where I started years ago, could get erect enough (80%?) to masturbate but needed help when it came to the wife. Just before my implant I would still occasionally wake up with a morning erection but as soon as I woke up and tried to "do" anything it was down. Been through all the "fixes", Viagra until it gave me migraines and became unreliable, Trimix & Quadmix until the doses had to be so high it made me sore for 2-3 days and was still unreliable.
With my implant flaccid I measure 4" and it is stiff enough to masturbate without inflating. From what I know all implants are sized to the man's current penis size, and many sizes are available. That is why many say have the implant done before you start to lose size from loss of erections.
