My Entrance!

Hello. I will go over my story.

I have a Spinal Cord Injury and a Neurogenic Bladder. I have received contradictory information on getting an Implant.

Some say Men like me, with Neurogenic Bladder, are at a Higher risk of infection and of Tissue Erosion. Others say this risk is negligible.

So I am here for information.

My Doctor suggested if I get an Implant, it will be the Genesis from Coloplast.

I am also interested in the Three Piece Inflatable.

I know few men get these implants, so I want to know if anyone has any advice.

Hi Zavris,

Welcome - I also have a spinal cord injury and a neurogenic bladder, can't speak to implants sorry but I have had reasonable results with injections over the last 25 years.

The Injections aren't a good fit for me. Too painful and too much blood. No spontaneity. But I look forward to talking regardless.
