Mike, I would have to say you need to ask your urologist about the pain, it does not make since to me unless he damaged something in surgery. You just have to keep pumping or it will creep back to that lost length. You are lucky in away though, you can get an erection. I can't get one no matter what and my doctor said he saved both nerve bundles. LOL, Bullshit! Good luck Jim
