There are thousands of posts on just about every subjects. You should go to the proper Discussion Threads and introduce yourself, many members post dic pics, if they have peyronie's or deformity or for anything different and some guys post pics because they are incredibly well hung or, like me, hung like a hamster.

Tell us something about yourself. You erectile dysfunction history, your age is relevant, too.

You thread has a couple of responding posts suggesting you go look in the "Implants" sub-forum, but I wonder if an implant might be premature. It is a drastic and irreversible step. Also expensive and not without risk. Depending on your particulars, there may be better solutions.

When I first joined FrankTalk, I took a couple weekends to read through two and a half years of posts/threads with titles that looked informative. I recommend this to you. It will give you a better basis for forming question and understanding the answers for your decision-making.

Your E.D. history suggests you already have done some research and experimenting with treatments. Sharing that knowledge with us may be helpful to those who follow you. I recommend that to you, too.

I note that Viagra (sildenafil) worked for me for a while and when that became ineffective, Cialis and then Tadalafil (Levitra) each took their turn being effective and then losing power. Have you tried different medications? A new one might give you a reprieve.

I hope you are not thinking of an implant as way to improve your sex life. The success stories here make it seem as if sex after implant is better than sex was with a fully functioning natural penis.

Lastly, do not neglect the other ways sexual satisfaction may be achieved without the radical (and irreversible) treatment of an implant. Remember, an implant is not a cure. Just a treatment. The success stories here make it seem as if sex after implant is a panacea. For those unable to be satisfied without coitus, it pretty much is, but it is not better than sex was with a fully functioning natural penis and rules out any future treatments or actual cures that may be coming in the future. Unfortunately the future is uncertain and our life on this planet is limited. So, we balance the trade-offs.

I look forward to hearing from you further. This forum is the best I have found for real information.
