Alprostadil Injections and Cialis 5mg for daily use.

Does anyone use this daily regimen with good results and do these two drugs work well together without side affects -- or a possible priapism ?

No experience with that. I do use generic Viagra with alprostadil.

Yes, alprostadil injections. Currently 12 units of 80mcg/ml alprostadil mono-mix.
First off bear in mind that my reaction to meds or med combinations may have little correlation to the reactions you will have. I've had a radical prostatectomy with associated nerve damage and Viagra by itself does not give me an erection at all. The most I get from it is a very slight thickening after considerable stimulation. However, I've found that it makes using a VED easier and I find I can use a bit less alprostadil when used with it.
Hopefully your ED isn't as profound as mine, in which case you should use even more caution when experimenting with mixing meds. As far as I know, NO doctors recommend mixing the meds. You should, of course, consult with your doctor and follow his/her advice.

I use Sildenafil with Quadmix and my Uro knows it. His nurse told me there is a risk of Priapism and that was it.
I take the Sildenafil an hour before injecting which makes finding a injection spot much easier around the many veins and the needle seems to enter easier.
