Tomvic,

Whoever told you "nothing can be done" is full of crap. There are multiple possible solutions and one or more of them will work for you. Your first step is to believe that you don't have to settle for a limp dick.

Step 2 is to edu-ma-cate yourself on pills, pumps, injections, and implants. Read the forums on this site and learn as much as you can. The advantage of Frank Talk is that we are regular guys with real world experience and real world solutions. Come to the Chat Room. As questions. Don't be shy. "Frank" is more than a brand.

Step 3 is to find a competent urologist who is ready and willing to help you find the solution that works for you. Don't settle for some numbnuts who simply tells you how lucky you are to be alive. I'm convinced that competent doctors appreciate patients who have done some research and are at least conversant, if not hands-on familiar, with the various options to be considered.

After that, it's simply a matter of trying and testing various remedies until you find the one that cranks your tractor.

This process may not be quick and it will likely be frustrating at times. But when you find what works for you, BAZINGA!!! In the meantime, stay in touch with your Frank Talk buddies. Come here to rant and rave, bitch and moan, and finally celebrate. We've got your back.

Here's to hard times, buddy.
