Hello All,
I'm a 47 Y/O male that has been suffering from ED due to priapism that occured a few years back. After much thought and research I have decided to go ahead and have an implant. My surgery is scheduled for next wednesday. I was hoping to find other guys on here that have had implants and learn of any information that they could provide as far as likes/dislikes with the device.

Shpar:

First. Welcome!! It is good to have you with us. What a way to end this year and "ring" in the new one. There are a lot of bionic guys here and I'm sure after they finish their Christmas Eggnog they will be delighted of help in any way they can.

Suggest you also post under the Implants Section and share your info and ask away. Posting there may assist you in getting a quicker response. Also that Section has a number of stories on it. Please read away. Some of those threads include pics and all. They are open and fully share their journey. Feel free to contact any of those guys directly if you have any ?'s. Consider joining in the Chat Room- with the holidays it can be ifffy but usually someone may check in during the evening.

Good Luck next week- from what I hear you will be one happy dude when you fire up!!

Regards,

Dick

Welcome Newbie,

Hopefully, the following summation of my battle with ED will be of some help to you.
I developed ED in February 2004 Post-Prostatectomy at age 65 and never had any problem with it prior to that.
Viagra, Cialis, etc. did not work for me.
After speaking with 2 men who had undergone the Coloplast Titan Penile Implant Procedure, I decided to move forward and had my Titan Implant Procedure done December 13, 2007 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Bergen County, NJ
by Dr. Hossein Sadeghi, a very highly regarded Penile Implant Surgeon.
The Titan Penile Implant completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional intimacy with my wife of 45 years. Last week marked the Fourth Annivesary of my Titan Implant Procedure and my wife and I could not be happier with it.
I credit the complete success of my Titan Implant Procedure with the surgical skill of Dr. Sadeghi and the exceptional
quality control on the part of the Coloplast team.
The guys in the FT Group are a great source of knowledge, strength and encouragement. Talk to them!!
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or just want to talk.
Wishing you and your family all the best for the Holidays.

Bob

shpargel - welcome!

Congrats on your decision. I've been implanted for 9 months now and am loving it! There are many stories posted in detail by many guys. Search LGX log for mine. Any questions, message me and I'll be happy to respond. Can even hook up on the phone if you want since the time is so short. Just say the word!
