Haven't been around for a while - new treatments not working well

I was here regularly for a while terrified to mention my ED issues with my doctor. You guys made it clear that no doctor would be shocked by the words "erectile dysfunction". My doctor smiled and laughed about how long I didn't say anything to him. Viagra worked well for a while, but doesn't seem to get me hard like it did at first. Back to square one with my doctor/ urologist. I'm only 47 and hoping for something better that isn't too invasive.

I have had almost total ED since my early teens.

Then I'd say the place to start, being least invasive, is to try adding a novelty cock ring to the Viagra. The rings vary wildly so you'll have to experiment to find what works for you. I'm lucky in that I found that cheap Lyps brand rings work for me. Fortunately, most rings are fairly inexpensive so you can have fun experimenting at not much expense. However, I doubt the jelly type will help much but you never know. I'd go for silicone type.

However many years ago, I can't remember exactly, but I know I told my GP I had Erectile Disappointment instead of Dysfunction, and he laughed. It broke the ice and we went on from there.
