Saline sac placement

Most of my posts are directed at guys like me who knew nothing about implants until after it stared me directly in the face. So I asked my surgeon (#4) if he had a preference about how the sac was put in. I did NOT want that thing shoved up through my scrotum. He told me he never did that too many arteries in there, he always went in through an incision in your pubic bush so that the scar was invisible. Good answer. Now keep in mind that surgeon numbers 2 and three would never have answered me. That was their choice and secret. I'd find out after i awoke, None of my business. Guys choose you surgeon carefully. Do not use some guy whose ego is larger then his brain! DougAnd

Check out videos of procedures on YouTube. There’s tons of them there.

I agree on ego doctors and doctors who refuse to answer. Best wishes.

I had Scrotoplasty surgery at the same time as my implant. Since my surgeon was making an incision in that area anyway, he used the Penoscrotal method. There is nothing shoved through the scrotum. The incision it right at the juncture of the base of the penis and top of the scrotum, giving clear and direct access for both the penile cylinders and the scrotal pump. If your worry is shoving things through, the infrapubic incision is farther from where everything has to go. Both methods work very well, though. My results are great with the method used and I had very minimal swelling, bruising, or pain.

Thanks guys. We'll see how it goes, the implants will be through the scrotum and the saline sac through the pube.
