Hello everyone. I’m new to the group, though unfortunately not new to the challenges of ED. I’ve been dealing with this for several years, but over the last couple, the standard options like Viagra and Cialis simply stopped working for me. To make matters more complicated, I’ve also developed a minor case of Peyronie’s.
I have seen multiple urologists who insist that my "plumbing" is physically fine, despite the issues. I’ve tried the gamut of treatments: pills, vacuum devices, stretchers, you name it, but I haven't found a solution. Because of this, I am now seriously considering a penile implant.
I’m looking forward to learning from the experiences of others here. Additionally, I’d be interested in connecting with guys in the NYC area who are managing similar issues or who have already gone through the implant process. Thanks for having me.

Re: Hello from NYC
Welcome. Has your testosterone been measured?
Age 81 in 2026. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 25 min.
