Planning to do a malleable implant around 2030, most likely the Tactra, together with shaft filler for girth. In my country, a lot more people seem to choose MPP over IPP because of fear of mechanical failure and simplicity concerns.

My current thought process is:

Do vacuum therapy and possibly P-Shot before implant for best possible length preservation.
Use a good experienced surgeon for sizing.
Choose malleable mainly for reliability and easier maintenance.
Add filler later mainly for girth and softer feel over the rods.

For people who already have Tactra or another malleable:

Are you happy long term with rigidity and concealment?
Did you lose much length after surgery?
Does filler over a malleable implant feel natural enough?

I may be interested in getting an implant in the future, as there will most likely be new, very interesting technologies such as electronic & "Smart" Implants (5–6 years out).

Knowing your age and a few other things about your health helps us gauge an answer for you.
We're obviously not Doctors in here(Except Bionic Dan) so as much info as you can give us helps.

As for Malleable....I can't respond because I don't have one.

Do not forget you have a very powerful Search function on this forum. When I first joined a few years back I just educated myself by reading specific posts for weeks and weeks and weeks.
