Found this site earlier in the week and joined immediately. What a wealth of information! I'm 54 and been having issues for about 10 years. I've tried Sildenafil and switched to Tadalafil 5mg daily for spontaneity. Increased to 10 mg daily about 6 months ago. Sex was great for awhile then then the pills quit working all the time. I can get an erection but once inside my wife I go soft. And forget trying to change positions during sex. I'm in North Central Indiana and I'm trying to find a high volume Dr close. From what I can find Dr Levine in Chicago is closest. How good is he? Which implant should I ask for? Like every man on here I don't want to lose any length or girth. I'm close to 5x5 and I definitely don't want to lose anything. Lol.

Dr Levine has a great reputation. If I were in your shoes I would look no further and go to him.

If you aren’t already using a VED each day I would start that. Even 10 or 15 minutes each day would be a big help. It will just stretch the tissue out and help regain any size you have lost to ED. It doesn’t need to be an expensive or “medical grade” one. Just a cheap one and used to the point that you feel the stretch (but not pain) is enough.

Regarding which brand; I would have that discussion with Dr Levine. He may have a recommendation based on your anatomy. Being 5x5 you will do great with any of the makes/models. We are all here to help one another. Welcome to the brotherhood.

Welcome. This forum is a great resource for ED related issues. From reviews Dr. Levine has a good reputation. Schedule an appointment with him and discuss your problem. Don't hold back any questions you have because he has probably heard them many times. You're about the same age ED began for me. I went through pills then injections before I learned about implants. Wish I had known about implants before taking that first Viagra. My best advice is do it sooner than later so you don't lose size.

Have you tried applying a penile constricton ring for ED, to hold the blood in, when you have an erection?
