I've been a fisting top for almost 40 years. I know to be extremely careful so as not to injure the bottom and also respectful of the bottom's limits. As CTR5000 mentioned, feeling the heart beat from inside is amazing and humbling.

I have fisted to women, the first was my first wife, the second a girl i dated for a couple of years, if you want to do it don't propose just make it happen like it just happend, anti slut prejudice will force 99% to say no, I can assure you both of those girls would have said no if I would have proposed it, another thing is not all vaginas or accommodate a hand I have big hands,
