I love to eat my wife out after I cum. Before the ED and implant that was not a problem, but now that we will need lube. Anybody know of an ediable lube that will not cause a yeast infection?

I'll be watching this for an answer because it is something that I am in. Because of age (mostly) dryness is a problem. We use a lube now but it does not taste good.

Hugh,

Yes, we have used coconut oil for several years now. Works not only as a vaginal lube but facilitates massages and other games.

The supermarket stuff labeled "organic virgin" — great name, under the circumstances — works just fine. With organic, you know there should be no additives.

The oil is a solid when you buy it. However, it liquefies at 78 degrees. Three ways to use it:

1) Take a small dab of the solid and apply where needed. It will liquify almost immediately.

2) Keep two or three ounces in a plastic shampoo dispenser with a push pump. Soak the container in a sink of hot water for a few minutes just before the action begins. This is what we use when traveling.

3) This one takes a little longer to describe: Our at-home solution is one of those desktop coffee cup warmers and a handsome little ceramic container with a push pump. Looks like a lotion dispenser. The warmer and dispenser are always on the bedside table. The warmer is wired through a plug-in timer that heats the oil so it's ready for use if wanted every night at bedtime and every morning at wakeup. If you do this, you'll find you need a spacer, like a ceramic coaster, to keep the oil from getting too hot. In our unit, the coaster sits on 4 quarter-inch nuts, which provide some air space between coaster and heating plate, resulting in comfortably warm oil.

Plenty of info online about coconut oil as a lube. It's highly touted on many women's sites.

Another reason for liking it: Your honey always tastes faintly like pina colada.

Wow think we will give this a go. The Mrs is sensitive and has problems with most lubes. Thought we had tried most everything but going out for some coconut oil now ;)

Forgot to mention . . .

Some of the people who write about coconut oil as a lube say that it's mildly anti-bacterial, which should be a plus. Haven't read anything saying it's harmful.

IIRC the coconut oil is not recommended medically due to possible vaginal issues. Something about clogging stuff up I think. You can find the negatives with a little Google help. That said, it is very popular as a sex lubricant and a large jar resides at my house. As far as taste with other lubes, we've found the Sliquid brand to be of almost neutral flavor with just a very slight sweet aftertaste. We've used both the Sassy and the H2O versions. The only difference between the two is the density. Simple non-scary ingredients. The only down side is being water based, unlike the coconut oil, they dry out and have to be reapplied or reactivated by adding water. Overall good stuff and very slippery but we probably use more coconut oil. We keep both on hand.
