Angle of penis

I'm 74 years old with a small penis (about 4"). I also have a penil implant. My penis points downward when hard, making penetration difficult during intercourse. See attached photo.
Are there exercises that might strengthen the pubic muscle so that my penis would point Up, or at least straight, rather than down?

Mine is about the same size as yours. I had first implant in 2014. Mine does the same thing. It never stood up straight, pretty much angle down all the time. I don’t know of anything you could do to make it stand up any straighter. I guess we just need to be thankful it’s hard.

Mine is the same size talk to you DR what implant did you get might be the key

I have the same problem. After the implant I was told to keep it pointing up but it would naturally slip down and to the left, in my sleep or at rest. Even with tight underwear or an elastic band. I guess it just took a set and I have to live with it.

cwatt: I droop a little like you and often get halfway up on my knees extending my arms fully, when in missionary position, so that I drill her at 45 degrees. Maybe this will work a little better for you.
I'm not much longer than you and found that I can get another quarter-inch (6mm) in her after trimming my pubic hair down to 1/8 (3mm) or so.

FWIW I've read that the angle naturally changes with age :
1:00-2:00 in teens, 20's, 30's
2:00-3:00 30's, 40's, 50's
3:00-4:00 40's, 50's, 60's
4:00-5:00 50's, 60's, 70's+

My angle has never been better than 5. It was 5 when I was 18. Now it is 6.
