Multiple Orgasms for men and for wormen?

In 2022 I started using Trimix with good success.
Part of the reason for using Trimix is that I struggled with PE (Premature Ejaculation). I would ejaculate within a minute or less.
It was such a problem that my wife no longer wanted sex, with me.
Using Trimix I am erect from the start of foreplay till well past the end of sex. In most cases 1-2 hours.
I would still ejaculate fairly quickly but I found that most of the time I felt more engaged after ejaculation. I continue thrusting even more engaged until my wife orgasms. Do you guys that use Trimix (or implanted) continue sex after your initial ejaculation? And if so do you feel like you can orgasm more than once in a session?
