What is considered a small penis?

There is more to sex than an erect penis. How do you maintain your sexuality both for yourself and for your partner? What techniques do you use to give both of you a great, satisfying sex life? How do you explore your own body and sexuality now that the rules have changed?

What would this do to your mental health? I was a grower with 3.5 flaccid and about 6 erect. Then I get an implant because of prostate surgery and end up with a 3.5 fully inflated.
Implanted April 2017 Coloplast titan mini 14cm 1cmRTE
Before implant 3.5 flaccid 5.5 erect. After implant 3 flaccid 3.5 inflated. Worst mistake of my life. Wish I had never done it!

Asquared65...I'll put your question another way: how much (safely and without pain) can your partner handle? And if you both are satisfied with your shared intercourse experience, what difference does a 'comparison' label make? Reason is this: if you have intercourse with a woman and her cervix is only 3 inches recessed into her vagina, anyone or anything longer than that may cause pain and a total turn-off to sex. I learned that from a practical application...just don't ask for details. If you aren't 'hitting bottom', don't complain. If your penis and sperm can do their jobs and cooperate to help cause pregnancy, that's what they are there for. The fact that, ideally, both parties enjoy the ride is gravy. Just MHO...

@chad2034, I think that would be tough to accept.
I am only 5.5" so have never been as long but would have been happy to be 6". I am still working on / through this ED. So I can still be my normal size sometimes but not reliable and this is a terrible strain on my confidence. No alternative but to work with what you have. I hope you will be able to be okay.

It's interesting how we're all different. When I was taking ED pills, I never noticed that my length was shorter. I knew I wasn't as hard but I was hard enough for penetration and enjoyment. After the pills stopped working I moved to Trimix. The erections were like back in high school and both my partners and I noticed the length difference to the point that there were certain things that she struggled to do when we got together. I guess that's a confidence booster for me which makes it even harder.

How did this happen, surely they measured your erect size? What surgeon did you use?

This reminds me of a (mildly offensive) joke:

Q: Why are women such terrible carpenters?

A: Because they are told that this (hold hands 5 inches apart) is twelve inches!

The article was a good read and informative. Fat on one’s pubic mound has an effect on appearance of size. I can’t recall my erect length in my prime and losing my prostate years ago reduced my length. My flaccid length runs between 3-4 inches. Using a medical grade pump gets me to 5-1/4” easily and I have maxed at 5-3/4”. Slipping the band off the pump and removing the pump produces the same fat pad look as the pic in the initial post.

I know this doesnt answer the question, but men think far too much bout their penis size

They don't talk much about the health of their testicles or prostate or seminal vesicles, it's just penis size, penis size, penis size

I've wondered about the meaning of "bone pressed". It almost feels like cheating to me to push a ruler hard into my pubic bone - it's worth about another half inch. I don't have a lot of fat.

I'm a grower because I go from minuscule flaccid to 6.5" erect. Maybe 6.75 if I push the ruler really hard on a good day. In a VED under full suction, the little guy gets to 7.5".

I've been pumping a little over a year and I think I was about 5⅞ erect before pumping. Although I probably wasn't pushing the ruler as tightly as I do now. I'm pumping 100% for rehabilitation but I don't mind that a little extra length and girth have come along.

Thanks for the post, Asquared65. I’m the same size and situation as you. I had my radical cystectomy for bladder cancer 7 years ago. Trimix works great for me. The pics and replies reminded me that I am an average size and not small. I often get a bit anxious about it…..
2017: Bladder cancer, RC with IC. No erections. Use Ring, VED, Trimix.
