What is considered a small penis?

I am curious as to what is considered a small penis. Erect I’m around 4 - 4 1/2 inches, making me think I am on the smaller side. Pictures I see on here make most men’s penises seem to be 7” +. Wondering if most men are 7” or more like it seems on here.

What would this do to your mental health? I was a grower with 3.5 flaccid and about 6 erect. Then I get an implant because of prostate surgery and end up with a 3.5 fully inflated.

Asquared65...I'll put your question another way: how much (safely and without pain) can your partner handle? And if you both are satisfied with your shared intercourse experience, what difference does a 'comparison' label make? Reason is this: if you have intercourse with a woman and her cervix is only 3 inches recessed into her vagina, anyone or anything longer than that may cause pain and a total turn-off to sex. I learned that from a practical application...just don't ask for details. If you aren't 'hitting bottom', don't complain. If your penis and sperm can do their jobs and cooperate to help cause pregnancy, that's what they are there for. The fact that, ideally, both parties enjoy the ride is gravy. Just MHO...

@chad2034, I think that would be tough to accept.
I am only 5.5" so have never been as long but would have been happy to be 6". I am still working on / through this ED. So I can still be my normal size sometimes but not reliable and this is a terrible strain on my confidence. No alternative but to work with what you have. I hope you will be able to be okay.

It's interesting how we're all different. When I was taking ED pills, I never noticed that my length was shorter. I knew I wasn't as hard but I was hard enough for penetration and enjoyment. After the pills stopped working I moved to Trimix. The erections were like back in high school and both my partners and I noticed the length difference to the point that there were certain things that she struggled to do when we got together. I guess that's a confidence booster for me which makes it even harder.

I consider myself in the grower camp because my penis changes shapes all the time. Sometimes can be small in flaccid state and even turtled. Wearing pants, my nerves, the temperature, and even different positions and moving around all day makes me have small penis.

I think one time a close bud called mine "cute". Not really sure what that meant. Other times when I've been naked with other guys nobody said anything negative, and I would say I am probably in that average range. I'd like to maybe have a 1/2 to 1 inch increase but I don't see how that would ever happen. I remember after gym an Asian buddy and I would relax and have fun with our breeding tools. I remember thinking we were very similarly sized and even the overall shape and contours. I'm cut and he was intact so I think that gave him what appeared to me as a little more thickness. I guess that extra layer of fleshiness. I enjoy comparisons and show and tells. Another interesting thing is the differences between testicle sizes and how scrotums shape shift.

How did this happen, surely they measured your erect size? What surgeon did you use?

The article was a good read and informative. Fat on one’s pubic mound has an effect on appearance of size. I can’t recall my erect length in my prime and losing my prostate years ago reduced my length. My flaccid length runs between 3-4 inches. Using a medical grade pump gets me to 5-1/4” easily and I have maxed at 5-3/4”. Slipping the band off the pump and removing the pump produces the same fat pad look as the pic in the initial post.

They don't talk much about the health of their testicles or prostate or seminal vesicles, it's just penis size, penis size, penis size
