My ED is a result of a prostatectomy (for prostate cancer for those that don’t know). As a side not I think the doctor botched the operation, that said, avoid Dr Anglo at Mercy Hospital in St Louis. Anyway I am on month 30 without erections. I just got an implant 2 weeks ago. I always knew my scrotum liked to be high and tight to my body, now with the pump for the implant in there it is a mess. There is not enough room! My right testicle is just barely in the sack over to the right of the base of my penis. The left one is lower on the left with the pump below it. It looks like a messed up snowman leaning to the right. I am still plenty sore down there. If I go outside everything draws up tighter and man is that uncomfortable.

The question is has anyone been successful in stretching your scrotum? If so what did you do? How long before you noticed a change. If you did this were you a low hanger before or high and tight like me.

Just give it time. Make sure you pull down the pump as much and often as you can. I am sure the doctor told you to do this. Once you are healed take a warm bath to relax your nuts so they can drop down while pulling the pump down. I'm four months our and my pump hangs down good and I am still pulling the pump down into my nut sac. Mostly when I am in a hot shower.

Dr. Perito told me to pull down on my pump ten times every time I urinated.

Guys thanks for the input, I just started warm baths 2 days ago. I talked to my surgeon about this before surgery he was concerned. After surgery he told my wife “Your husband has less skin than most men”. Seriously I am looking for any advice from anyone that has managed to stretch their sack. I can feel it tightening up at different times of the day especially if I go outside in the cold. It hurts like hell when that happens, hopefully it will hurt less as time goes on. However I need more room, looking for real stories of successful stretching.

Are your testicles large? Maybe once you are completely healed, you could begin a mild stretching routine or do something to relax the tightening mechanism.

I have a bit of the same problem, but not as severe as you describe. My pump is still attached to my scrotum, and it's hard to pull it down.
I do feel like there's enough room when I'm warm, but in cool temperatures my sack draws up tight and can be uncomfortable.
If the initial swelling didn't stretch it nothing will. I was swollen to grapefruit size, and there was no way I could even find the pump for the first 2 weeks.
Ask your doctor for his recommendation, and in the meantime just keep stretching and pulling the pump down best you can.
