It often happens that we do not notice anything around us until a certain point. For example, when I bought myself a bike, I began to pay more attention to other people's bikes, how they look on them, and so on. Also with the penises, I think. I noticed that when I first tried the masturbator, I became interested in such porn. Accordingly, when I started my penis enlargement adventure, I became interested in how it looks on other guys. Sometimes thoughts can come to mind how this guy used his penis with lovers before he started to enlarge it and compare it with the result he achieved with a big dick.

Are men with ED more inclined to a passive role or only into bottoming?

I have encountered older men online that seem to have like only one or two interests. They seem interested in giving oral and bottoming. Just wondering if there would be a correlation to the ED and their ages. Nothing against older the older fellas as I know many men of different ages have erectile difficulties.

Because of my ED I found FT and found several interesting threads that other guys have posted pictures of their cocks. With reading the threads I found out I like looking at other guys cocks and posting pics of mine and knowing other guys are looking at my cock.

As a youth (with raging erections) I had little interest or knowledge about how other boys' (men's) erections were or worked. As E.D. became apparant (in my 30's and onward) I started to wonder about the differences between me and other men. Perhaps inspired by my lovers' experiences/reactions/comments, but those women were almost universally polite about comparing my performance with other men, so I did not get a lot of feedback. Nor did I have information from other men to go on.

So the Asquared65's response resonates with me.

I am less fascinated with pictures of other men's penises than with how they function, particularly in coitus. Porn films are useless since they are seldom realistic (in my opinion - they are intended to be at the extreme of normal at least and more theatrical than most experiences in real life, much like the fight scenes in martial-arts and action movies-more artful and perfect that usually happens).

I have no desire to compete with other men's penile performance, but wonder where I fall in the performance spectrum. Or, maybe this is one of those things I would be better off not knowing.

In any event, getting back to something more akin to the OP's question, I have always wondered what my penis feels like to my lover(s). Fantaszing being the (female) recipient of my penis' attentions, I think, has made me more sensitive to my lovers' needs. So, yes, my practices changed a bit from my callow youth where my full desire was just to "get off". Now, partly by emotional maturity and a lot by the handicaps of E.D. I learned (by needfulness) to change my attention practices so as to better satisfy my lover(s).

If that change in (my) attention/perspective to a more bottom, recipient or even feminine point of view is widespread among men with E.D., maybe there is something to the O.P.'s question for many more of us than we realize.

You might like amateur porn better. Commercial porn does nothing for me either but there is a lot of hot amateur stuff out there.

If ED effects your sexual practices, are there any men who have become more into masturbation?

I will put a finer point on the original question.

Since the onset of E.D. gives many men a deep shock to their self-image, I wondered if anyone was prompted to rethink his preferred sexual practices?

Putting aother perspective on the question: Could the inability to achieve penetration of a partner make the concept of receiving penetration from his partner more attractive?

Even moreso, could ED prompt a man to rethink his gender identity or sexual orientation?

Personally, and from my own self-examination, I doubt it, but I have read some thoughts that gave rise to my original question, however reoundabout the phrasing was.

I've had periods of autogynephilia in my life. When I was younger and sexually healthy the autogynephilia was more pure, but after ED it was more of an expression of humiliation and sissification

I think we talked about this several years ago in PM's

I think you are right

I am 49 and have pretty sever ED. I could never bottom, but I could see myself performing fellatio in a cuckold context, but a woman would have to be present and doing it with me to make it humiliating enough to be interesting to me
