Don't you and your wife do this to your marriage, not if you truly love each other. I experimented with an open marriage in my first marriage and it was exciting, and terrible. I don't think that marriage ever recovered from it.

I am sympathetic to spouses who need and want sex, and are having trouble getting what they need from the other. That being said, if you are taking steps to get an implant, I encourage you to ask your spouse to be patient a little longer. I now have an implant and it is better than my birth penis.
