Is there a Horny pill?

There is more to sex than an erect penis. How do you maintain your sexuality both for yourself and for your partner? What techniques do you use to give both of you a great, satisfying sex life? How do you explore your own body and sexuality now that the rules have changed?

That’s exactly what PT-141 is:
From the PT-141 wiki:
“Bremelanotide, sold under the brand name Vyleesi, is a medication used to treat low sexual desire in women. Specifically it is used for low sexual desire which occurs before menopause and is not due to medical problems, psychiatric problems, or problems within the relationship.”
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

"PT-141 used before menopause" I'm glad to hear there's something for young women, my first wife could've used it! I discovered a horny pill for women after menopause, a long thick cylinder. Years ago I got a bigger-than-me dildo for my wife and suggested that she masturbate with it imagining that she has a virile guy in bed. She does this 2-3 times a week, and it keeps her erotic imagination going - she's my age! I'm too small to give her an orgasm, but she never refuses me. :D
Age 78 in 2023. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Bro. Quit underselling yourself. For your age, you are a house on fire. I saw somewhere you stated your penis size and
it aint a micro unit. With a hot wife like you have, you are in the drivers seat with the right horse power under your hood. Along with your decent size, there are books out there on techniques of oral sex for women/wives that drive them insane with orgasmic delight and thus engendering a desire in the wive to reciprocate for the husbands skills and services making him one happy camper in bed.

You rock, Martin. Enjoy what you have which is great for your age for both you and your hot horny wife.

Unfortunately my wife did not have a chance to go through menopause. She ended up with stage 4 ovarian cancer and had a total hysterectomy over ten years ago. Plus, since had several cancerous vaginal nodules removed, resulting in vaginal shortening and narrowing, which she has weekly PT sessions to gain some back. She is also on anti-estrogen meds to try to stop the estrogen from fueling more growths. She, therefore, has no natural horny desires. I can stand naked in front of her with my handsome 7" member implant and she is like 'So what'. She would not put anything out of the ordinary into her body even if the doc prescribed PT-141. And she still has a nice body at 70.
My T is quite low but I am still hornier than hell. About the only thing I can do is take the job in hand myself.

Addyi, 100 MG is a pill for women that is suppose to increase their lobido. I was given a prescription for delayed ejackulation. Never had it filled because it's cost prohibitive. So I can't attest to whether it works or not

My wife as been on addyi for over a year, pre menopause. It might help a little but its not a miracle pill.

Thanks. I never had it filled. I can cum with the right stimulation and can't afford the medication anyway

Pt141 for women is vyleesi, prescription. One of my mentors on this site shared about pt141 for his mrs, and what it does to her. In her situation makes her extremely horny, and intensifies parts of her sex organs. Another mentor of mine, shared that he give his wife a small dose of cypionate, which elevates her libido. Lots of great suggestions and technigues mentioned above.

I have experimented myself with pt141. Drives my libido way, way, off the charts, and gives a great erection. Am seriously thinking about going back to pt141 for off days of trimix, maybe 1x or 2x a week. Have to be careful of pt141 usage as well.

So PT-141... how does that work in relation to PDE5 drugs (Viagra etc). With PDE5 for me I still need decent arousal in the presence of somebody else. Does PT-141 make that even easier? (I can't help but quote Eddie Murphy from Trading Places here: my dick gets hard when the wind blows.)

EDIT: There's a study that involved combination use - PT-141 could be a "force multiplier". (Hoo-rah!) Seems like if you can avoid / get over the side effects (take a basic anti-nausea pill like compazine if you can get queezy for example?) of PT-141 (Bremelanotide) this would be a great approach?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7752520/#B57 Quote from a citing article: The erectile response induced by co-administration of PT-141 (7.5 mg) and sildenafil (25 mg) was significantly greater than the response elicited by administration of sildenafil alone. Note that the nasal spray available today is I think a 20mg dose of PT-141 so it might be overkill. But still, in the moment as I type this, the combo sounds really intriguing. EDIT: I've later learned that if you REALLY want to use the stuff your better off injecting a solution into your belly fat; the nasal spray is child's play - one site said 72% less effective (so 1/4 as effective).
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
