It is mostly about compromise between 2 individuals to arrive at a solution benefiting both. Would I like to have sex with my wife 4 or 5 times a week? Of course I would! Using a mechanical means to get and keep an erection makes it doable. Our compromise is twice a week and we are both happy and fulfilled with that.

Not sure why I can’t orgasm but I suspect age and lack of sensitivity due to diabetic neuropathy and/or use of the Osbon bands have a lot to do with it.

Why haven't you got an implant? You are never to old. Got mine at 76.

My wife and I enjoy sex at least twice a week or more particularly in the morning depending on schedules. I still work so I'm not always available in the morning. I like it more than she does but she does cooperate most of the time. She does have some health issues but we work around it. You have to keep at it as I think it makes us feel younger.
