strength, hope, encouragment

There is more to sex than an erect penis. How do you maintain your sexuality both for yourself and for your partner? What techniques do you use to give both of you a great, satisfying sex life? How do you explore your own body and sexuality now that the rules have changed?

While those of us on Franktalk can type some encouraging words into this Web page, what you really need is professional, in-person help from both a sexual medicine expert and a sex therapist. Your physical issues are driving your psychological issues in an ever tightening downward spiral. While you might be able to break this spiral yourself, outside help has a much better chance of success. To find a sex therapist in your area, look on the AASECT Web site, https://www.aasect.org/. For a sexual medicine expert, I suggest starting with your urologist. What area of the country are you in?
