Some things changed for me, too, after my vasectomy.
I had a vasectomy at ~22 years of age. What changed:1. My testicles used to hang fairly low, especially when I was hot (ambient temperature). Immediately after my vasectomy, my testicles rose and unless the ambient temperature is VERY warm (like immersion in hot water in a spa), they have stayed risen ever since, for decades. (Maybe they were frightened by the knife.)
2. There seemed to be a slight, almost imperceptible decrease in my ejaculate volume.
Over the next 5 decades, my ejaculate volume has slowly but steadily decreased. I don't like that but from everything I've read, that is normal.
Volume and Production of Semen and Pre-Cum:Both my semen and pre-cum volumes had steadily decreased with age until the last several years.
A few years ago, I was able to make a detectable correlation, and then causation, between the amount of sugar and carbs I ate, especially refined carbs like sugar, and the amount of, and speed with which I produce, both semen and pre-cum. The more carbs/sugars I consumed, the faster both my semen and my pre-cum recovered from my last intercourse, and the greater the volume of both of them. This has been especially noticeable with pre-cum.
Eating sugar (sucrose), in anything other than small quantities, is very unhealthy, especially for older people, with the risk of trigging type 2 diabetes, so I did some research and found that fructose (fruit sugar) was a better and healthier alternative to sucrose (white sugar). Fructose is metabolized more slowly by the human body, and this helps to prevent the huge blood sugar spikes associated with ingesting sucrose.
Eating fruit and honey (40% fructose) speeds up my production of both semen and pre-cum. In fact, I am sure I produce, volume-wise, more pre-cum than semen. I think now, in my 70s, I produce more pre-cum than I ever have before in my entire life. My wife has noticed this and remarked about it, so I'm certain it's not me wishing it were so.
From the time I begin to think about sex with my wife, all the way through foreplay, and constantly during coitus, I am dripping pre-cum. It doesn't stop until we're finished with love making. And all that it takes to restart it, even immediately after love making, is for her to start talking to me about sex.
We often have love making sessions from 2-4 hours (I have a penile implant). During this time period, there is usually at least one point in time when I can tell my production of pre-cum has declined. I eat a BIG spoonful of honey, and within a few minutes, the persistent dripping of pre-cum resumes.
This is fairly amazing to me. I don't ever remember having this much pre-cum, not even as a teenager or young man. And it's a welcome phenomenon, as the constant flow of pre-cum is a visual and tactile stimulant for both of us. (There are spots in our carpet that are becoming stiff from this.)

Anorgasmia and Anejaculation:Currently, I experience episodes of both. But they do not interfere with the production of pre-cum and semen (if I ejaculate).
My Urologist told me emphatically that my
anejaculation is caused primarily because of the Flomax (tamsulosin) medication I take for BPH to allow me to urinate without significant difficulty. I am taking affirmative steps to discontinue taking that medication for the rest of my life. (It has many undesirable side effects.) Hopefully, my anejaculation problem will completely disappear once I do.
My anorgasmia problem is different. My urologist explained it to me this way: As men age, the level of sexual stimulation, and subsequent sexual energy/excitement they need to orgasm, needs to become higher and higher to reach the threshold that will trigger orgasm to occur. The exact reason for this is unknown but it seems to be a function of age.
I can usually overcome my
anorgasmia by having any sexual activity with my wife. Nothing, not now or ever before, sexually excites me like my wife does. My recommendation for any man with anorgasmia is to find a sexual partner with whom sex is incredibly exciting to you. This is a step in the right direction and may be all you need to solve the problem.
