I've been married to the same lovely lady for almost 47 years. When we were young everything worked well and we did whatever we liked. I should have added that this was missionary position. Just laying there with my engorged but not erect dick still inside her, grinding against her pussy to get stimulation. It was pleasurable for both of us and eventually I would get aroused and hard enough to start fucking properly again.
Not sure of the mechanism for her orgasms back then. It could have been either clitoral or G spot, but she is more responsive to clit stimulation.
