I've tried the PT stuff and it really did get me thick and make me feel horny. But I had notable issues with the side effects so I stopped using it. When I went on Trimix, ]
pt stuff? would that be the pt-141? im thinking of trying some of that . i have read it increases libido but does it have positive effects on erections ?

Yes...PT-141. I injected a few times and was quite surprised how effective it was getting me horny. Within an hour or two I would feel my penis getting very thick even if I was just walking around. The first time I used it I went to get lunch and was sitting at the bar and got a great erection with no stimulus. Even after it went down my penis stayed thick and if I lightly stroked it I would get another erection. Because it worked so well I hesitated to use it along with trimix and I've since stopped using PT-141 mainly due to the side effects of feeling like I had the flu for about a day after. I've read that not everyone gets those side effects so don't think my experience is the norm. It may not be for you. I think I used PT-141 about a dozen times and each time got the same rise in libido and urge to have sex along with a thickened penis. Overall, I still prefer trimix since I tend to know when I'll be having sex and it starts to work very quickly. The PT-141 sometimes took an hour....sometimes a few hours. But it lasts a long time.

I have found more luck with Melanotan 2. WIth 10Mg Cialis, great wood for about 18 hours, the erections would come and go. The by product is I love the tan.

What exactly is libido or what does it mean to have it?

I find it difficult to understand why I can't define it.

For me libido is correlated with the amount of semen in my body. The longer between ejaculations the more pressure to release

I've used PT-141 many times and its a great libido enhancer. I take with low dose Ondansetron (Zofran) to avoid any nausea. Oddly it takes about 6-8 hours before it kicks in completely, but feel the effect for 18+ hours. Once I'm 'back in action' again I'm considering alternating with low dose THC gummies.

I'm not 'back in action' yet, but I did find a THC/CBD product that works really well and It's effect is very predictable. Starts at about 20 minutes with full effect at about 45 minutes. It lasted around 4 hours. Following the "start low, go slow" mantra, I started at 4 fluid ounces which is 8mg of both THC and CBD (25mg per can), but I'm new at this. 4 was a good effect but probably could have started at 3. It felt like 2 or 3 shots, relaxing, and also increased libido.

Estradiol is a strong mediator for libido in men. Typically too low estradiol will produce worse libido than too high, but either can be bad for libido. Of course, what estradiol level works best depends on the person. Estradiol is also associated (but not necessarily causative) with ED at both low and high levels. Estradiol has a bigger impact on my libido than anything else.

Cabergoline is meant to be pro-sexual either due to its prolactin inhibition, or its dopaminergic activity, or possibly both. It’s a pretty safe drug at 1mg per week. I’ve heard lots of people get prescribed it for its pro-sexual effects

There are a few studies suggesting that parameters of sexual function could be improved with supraphysiological doses of testosterone. These aren’t TRT doses. These are steroid abuse doses. Unfortunately every time I take a TRT dose of testosterone, I see a drastic drop in sexual function, which is restored with supraphysiological doses of testosterone; so my anecdotal evidence supports this theory. Transdermal preparations of testosterone induce supraphysiological levels of DHT, a far more potent androgen than testosterone, so in theory it will be more pro-sexual than other forms of TRT, despite equal serum testosterone levels.

I echo that. MT2/pt141 does diddly shit for me until at least a few hours in. Peak effect is about 5 hours in.
