Confused by your quote at the bottom. You had an implant for 12 years that you use?

Look closer - NEVER used.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is.

Not managed to see a uro yet

I know the feeling all too well, hopelessness that is.

See a urologist or andrologist. Have some specific tests. And if indeed the plumbing is broken, then look into implants. It's so crazy to think about at first but the more you read about them and how happy most men are with them, you begin to realise there is a lot of hope and it can give you a fantastic sex life.
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

Doing nothing will fix nothing man. I am much older, but sex was my life from age 17 until ED started. I was depressed. Took me a whole bunch of courage to ask my female doc for Viagra. That worked great. But I had to take the first step.
Go for it, you can.
