Update:
I am now only taking 15mg Mirtazapine, Cialis 5mg every 36 hours.
My anxiety problems worsened a lot unfortunately, but I think this is because of the withdrawing of antidepressants. Masturbation is good 95% of the times, sometimes I lose my erection but I am always able to recover it.
Sex is still causing anxiety, I'm dating a girl but we haven't had any sex yet.
Penile implant is still a possibility to me, as it is one week I'm feeling very suicidal and depressed.

26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.

24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

Quick update:

Dick is working better during solo and I’m on talk therapy also. Anxiety btw is still very high.
The main problem is that I had a particular Doppler that evaluates the elasticity of the tissues and they found a plaque, not calcified yet, 17.9 x 11.7 x 3.8mm, quite huge to me…
I’ve started a new therapy that includes 4 pills of Peyflog, gotta put a cream on my dick 3 times a day and gotta get one injection per month for 12 month.
Many guys here in Italy have been able to stop Peyronies with this therapy, and some have also been able to heal completely as the plaque was not calcified.

So I met an amazing girl one month ago and I am now having sex.
Isn’t it crazy that I have more anxiety with masturbation wrt sex? Sex is going amazingly, no anxiety, good erections but I am on 5mg daily Cialis. We fuck twice a day with no issues at all! And we also do anal, sometimes we fuck for 10 minutes, sometimes we go on for 1.5 hours.
I have peyronies and the curvature is changing.
At the moment I am happy but since I started fucking I cannot really get an erection on my own as I am less horny and I cannot really get hard if I do not get 5mg cialis. But till 2 weeks ago I was perfectly fine in getting hard on my own. Not an issue at the moment btw, I do not need to masturbate.
Lesson learned: I am not sure if I’ll ever overcome my performance anxiety 100%, but for sure I was a desperate case, and I am now having good sex, stressless.

Age 77 in 2022. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

What is Peyflog how many milligrams, what is the cream, and what is the injection?
SWM/never married. 40 years and not experienced. Injuries/trauma at young age due to lack of guidance and good sex ed. Low libido, loss of sensitivity/numbness. Possible PD and probable PSSD. No tests or doppler. Offered tadalafil, clomid and sildenafil

You mention talk therapy. Can you elaborate a little on that. How or what is helping you?
