I was getting divorced when I found out I had PCa in December. Probably like everyone else had no clue this was coming. No cancer on either side of the family grandma turned 100 last year. I had lesions on both sides of the prostate treated with HIFU in May. I really regret the divorce that was final in last month. We live in a small town and people know I got this cancer. Now I live in a one bedroom apartment single and currently impotent. I'm losing hope quickly

Focus on something you love doing, master it, keep occupied.

Probably something will change eventually and you'll get fresh, interesting experiences.
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

I have battled depression for 30+ years. I have a savvy psychiatrist whom I have seen for last 18 years. He literally saved my life in 2001. Strongly recommend you seek help from a psychiatrist, and perhaps psychologist. Both have helped. No need to go this alone. Yes, I take anti-depressants; took some time before finding what worked, but the effort was worth it, have been stable for many years.

One more thing: keep masturbating, does a world of good for your libido and mood.
