I have an Osbon Erecaid Esteem manual pump. It comes with rings and ring device. It's the only medical grade device I've used so I can't compare it to others. It seems to work fine. Currently "on sale" for $229.99 from https://www.erecaidpumps.com/osbon-erecaid-esteem-manual-on-sale/ MSRP of $550.00. I wouldn't hesitate to try a less expensive brand. I can't imagine why it costs so much.

Sure, if they work for you. Most guys wouldn't be on this site if that kind of stuff worked.

A decent manual pump can be assembled of parts easily available at an auto parts store. There was a thread mentioning that (with specific part numbers, too) a while back. (As I recall) Cost was under $50 and included a vacuum gauge as well.

Sorry, I can't look up the link right now. If anyone finds it, please post.

This is a quote from that thread:

I have adapted the metal pump (above) to a cheap tube ... and have used it for 4 yrs. with no problems ... not bad for $40 ...
