I know the feeling all too well, hopelessness that is.

See a urologist or andrologist. Have some specific tests. And if indeed the plumbing is broken, then look into implants. It's so crazy to think about at first but the more you read about them and how happy most men are with them, you begin to realise there is a lot of hope and it can give you a fantastic sex life.

Doing nothing will fix nothing man. I am much older, but sex was my life from age 17 until ED started. I was depressed. Took me a whole bunch of courage to ask my female doc for Viagra. That worked great. But I had to take the first step.
