I feel like such a liar… hurts mentally almost as bad as the problem itself

This is the answer. Everybody has their own set of issue and challenges in life. Even the “blessed” guys who seem to have everything going for them have hidden issues, guilt, doubts, imposter syndrome, etc.

It’s the human condition, we’re all imperfect. Don’t be so hard on yourself, try to find joy in life and the rest can follow.
