What about music (pumped into your ears) to help change your mood?
I use my phone and earbuds and walking to get me through an ongoing, very difficult time. It changes how I feel.
Would love to know what sort of music you love?

1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((

Heavymetalfan: You've said that you've "taken a lot of testosterone," but was it real synthetic testosterone under the guidance of a real doctor, preferably an endocrinologist? Here in USA there are numerous "testosterone" tablets and capsules offered with who-knows-what ingredients.
I offer this thought because low testosterone causes depression, and no testosterone causes major depression.

Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
