It might help, depending on the nature and causes of your depression. But it’s a treatment for ED, not for depression. I would not expect it to completely fix your depression without other treatment or therapy.

We are all on a journey to understand why and when we get depressed. ED can be a significant problem if we desire intermice, but it's not the only area we have to work on. Self-awareness, including asking questions about why we are unhappy, is a good start. Welcome to the brotherhood.
1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((

Without an organic reason for ED, is implant surgery considered an option for ED by the medical establishment?
I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.

Go see another urologist. One that specializes in Mens sexual health, not just kidney stones and enlarged prostates.

Just because one (or a couple) docs said, “It’s all in your head” (essentially) doesn’t mean it’s true.
57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.
