Anyone bounce back from psychogenic ED?
Anyone bounce back from psychogenic ED?
Has anyone overcome psychogenic ED through sex therapy? If so could you recommend a therapist?

You might want to check with Paul the site owner. I think he might have some connections with therapists in that field.

How would you know if you had? Mine was diagnosed as “psychogenic” 10 years ago, but they also found my T levels to be at “near castrate” level (120 or something). I suspect that had a lot to do with it, too.
I *did* claw my way out of it ten years ago… it was really rough and it took about 3-4 months before I started having anything like effective PIV sex again and maybe 2 years before I really started to trust my body again. And even then, I never really got back to where I’d been before. Sex ALWAYS had at least a LITTLE fear and anxiety connected to it, now.
Now I’m dealing with it all over again. The only good thing is I know I got over it ten years ago, so I could do it again - but I feel like I have a mountain to climb again, and I’m already so tired.
It helped me a lot to see that there was ultimately a light at the end of the tunnel with implants; but the world seems cruel to guys with psychogenic ED, it feels like the medical establishment just wants to see us twisting in the wind for years. “Just try harder not to try so hard.”
I don’t want to die before I get an implant and get to throw all of this mental and emotional baggage in a lake where it belongs.
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

I’ve seen people do really well with sex therapy for psychogenic ED. It often helps to talk things out and work on the mental side of things. I don’t have a specific therapist to recommend, but you might want to check out local therapists who specialize in sexual health or couples therapy. Sometimes even online therapy platforms have good options.
