My implant lasted all of 13 months. I think mine was surgical. I could feel tubing in my groin. When inflated it would get hard. It was like a loop under skin. Surgeon discounted it. He knew what it was. I think many revision are surgical errors. IMHO. I am 2 weeks post op.

Implant all the way. My problem was PD, not Ed. However, if committing to a implant is the way to go, it does come with some problems. Revision is one of those. I found Fleshlight work well in the beginning. I found the more inflated the longer it took to orgasm. Post op it was very intense. Sex with partners was very good as well. You are hard until you deflate, so sex goes longer as well.

Well I do doubt the figures. My first coloplast titan was done 1/2/20. And my next Titan was install 4/9/21. So while it was a great year with my Titan. It only lasted for 13 months. Now I am on Titan number 2. Hoping for the best.

I use sepratech on Amazon. Works very well with Titan. It has the pouches and you can deflate and put penis in numerous positions. If your looking to decrease the bulge.

I had PD with a 97 degree upwards bend on day of surgery. I was implanted with a Titan narrow because scar tissue prevented a regular Titan. 6 months post op, I was 100% straight. After surgery I was 10% bent. With cycling it was straight until I broke this March. The Titan is the preferred implant ...

The coloplast genesis pump makes a metallic swishing sound. Which was normal. I heard the same sound on my 1st pump 1 day post op. Once my reservoir tubing snapped, the pump would just get stuck like a swished tennis ball.

With the coloplast titan my first implant left the penis more oval flat like. So it was wider especially at the base. Condoms, I found where uncomfortable. I had the Titan narrow implant and the penis got wider from glans down. They stayed on, but very uncomfortable.

Side note, I did not find coloplast customer service to be of any help. Anytime I called. When you ask questions and they are looking it up that tells you something. Especially if they give bs responses . Like talk to your Dr. The last rep did not even know coloplast had a warranty.

Implanted on 4/9 as well. I have pumped a few times, but I don’t hear the sound like my first implant. Can you feel the entire pump?
