I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this here, but I have a regularly updated page on my site with an overview of new treatment options. There are clinical citations where ever possible:

Has anyone here tried the Rocket or the Phoenix?
Interested in hearing first-hand experiences. How does it compare to LI-ESWT in a clinical setting?

Re: Gainswave and P-Shot Journey
One of the problems I have with both Gainswave and the P-Shot is that neither is FDA approved. That doesn't mean they don't work - but it does mean that there have not been extensive clinical trials with public data. Right now, the only "data" on these procedures comes from the clinics and...

Process for starting injectables
My urologist had me come into the office and showed me how to do the injection with a minimal dose. He then told me to increase the dose in small increments until I was able to achieve a satisfactory erection. (Let's call this process A) I have heard from others that their doctors had them come back...

Re: Topic cream
Alprostadil has completed a Phase 3 clinical trial, which is the last stage before approval. The results are promising. My guess is they are about a year away from release.

Re: Implant for Severe Psychogenic ED
If the Cialis works for you, I'd stick with that. An implant can't be undone. Patient satisfaction is incredibly high, but there are downsides. There's a long recovery period after surgery, and some men experience extreme pain for several weeks. There is also the risk of mechanical failure (yes, imp...

Re: nerve healing???
Gene therapy and stem cell therapy both show good results in early trials, and both claim to aid in nerve regeneration.

Re: Pelvic floor exercises aka Kegels
Guys, kegels could actually cause PE, not prevent it. It could oversensitize the prostate and the muscles you're training due to the constant stimulation. That would not be apparent tho, as you will get better at holding your orgasm (using the kegels). The trade-off would be that you will reach the...

Re: Anyone familiar with Gainswave?
Research reports on Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (LI-ESWT) are mixed, though there are some studies that are very positive. I'd say this is a treatment that has been rushed to market by people trying to make a quick buck (i.e. Gainswave), without adequate research to determine the ...

Re: A little off topic (future implants)
My response: this seems like a step backward. Having a metal spike as a penis seems way less desirable to a woman and man compared with the hydraulic cylinders which can be adjustable with regards to flexibility. The ability to have "a fare amount of flexibility erectin" vesus a "ver...
