I am pretty sure in a couple of months you will be super happy with your life in general( almost everyone reports that) and happy with the decision to fix ED for ever.

I asked my surgeon about silicone cock rings and he said its ok.

The tubings pass through the underside of the base of my shaft ..so I wouldn't use anything metallic that can potentially damage the tubings.
