My girlfriend is a pharmacist and she told me to always shake the meds really good before injection which I have always done since day 1 and never had any issues. I think regardless of it working or not, it's a good practice to get into.
If 7 units are lasting you 6hrs then I would try 5 units next time and compare. Sometimes just dropping 1 unit makes a difference. For example with me, 7 units gives me a 6hr but 6 units gives me a 3-4hr an 5 units is like 45min.
I buy all my stuff online through Defy Medical (Legitimate online doctor) and my compounding pharmacy is Empower. I get 10ml for $90 as a cash patient and thats for 150/5/50 which means you only need 0.06ml to get a 4hour stiffy. So about 160-180 injections for $90... 55c each time approx.
Find some of my other threads on here about my journey and intense phobia of sticking a dang needle in my wang lol. Im only 34 but I also have sever tremors, now imagine shaking like a 90yr old man with Parkinsons and trying to get a needle in your wang.... scary right? I bought the autoject and oth...
I have a much stronger dosage (150/5/50) and through using it for the past years have it sorta down to a science... 4 units - 50% chance remaining rock solid for at least 45min. 5 units - 90% chance of remaining rock solid for at least 45min 5.5 units - 99% chance of remaining rock solid for at leas...
I keep my Tri-Mix in the refrigerator.... 4+ months later and 0.05ml still gives me a 2+ hour towel rack just like it did day 1. When Im on an overnight vacation I pre-fill some syringes and put them in an eyeglass case while traveling. I've left it out for easily 15+ hours and the injection was jus...
I keep hearing & seeing people with weak prescriptions needing to inject 30-60 units to get an hour stiffy. I started with a 150/5/50 prescription for $90 (no insurance) and that's good for 200 injections because 0.05ml is all you need for a 2+ hour stiffy (regardless of being done or even arous...
I did TriMix for a couple of years after radical prostate removal and bladder cancer. Fortunately the E.D. clinic was very helpful in teaching me how to successfully deal with the shots. ("You want me to stick a needle where?") Things I learned that are useful: Keep the bottle in the refr...
I think I paid $20 for a box of 100 syringes & needles from Amazon and $90 for my prescription which was enough meds for 200+ injections and this is without insurance. I think whatever clinic your visiting is totally ripping you off.
